Private Instruction

 

The University of Maryland Golf Course offers private instruction on all aspects of the game to golfers of all levels.  Call the Golf Shop at (301) 314-GOLF, ext. 1 to book a lesson.  We also have group clinics for beginners that cover the golf swing, as well as rules and etiquette, and are a great introduction to the game.

The newest in swing analysis technology.  See your swing utilizing enhanced digital software to speed up the learning process.  Compare your swing to the tour pros.  Video lessons include video capture of swings, computer analysis of swing positions and drills to improve your technique.  You will also get a CD with your swing videos to review at home.  The single best way to improve your game quickly.

Playing Lessons

 

Once you feel comfortable with your swing, the best way to improve your scoring is not at the range, but on the golf course with one of our professionals. You will receive valuable information on club selection, shot selection, reading greens, mental strategies, trouble shots, and more with a playing lesson.
