Add-ons to your membership for an additional cost. Bag Storage is based upon availablity (limited quantities available)

Terms and Conditions of Membership

The term of a Semester Student Membership runs from the first day of classes thru the last day of exams. The term of an Academic Year Student Membership runs from the first day of the Fall Semester thru Spring Commencement. The term of a Calendar Year Student Membership runs 1 year from the date of purchase. Student Memberships are available to current UMCP students, full time students at any UM System School, and youths under the age of 18. Graduating seniors are eligible for the Calendar Year Student Membership at student price.

  • Updated No Show Policy-
  • After your first no-show you will receive a notice via email
  • After your second no show your tee time booking privileges will be removed and you will only be allowed to walk on for a two week period
  • If a third no-show occurs membership privileges will be suspended

Membership Application Process & Form

  • Complete the below google form prior to arrival at the UMD Golf Course
  • Once the form has been submitted we will be able to access your resopnses and you can then pay for your membership
  • You will also recieve an email copy of your responses for your record
  • Please arrive 20 mintues before your tee time if you are purchasing a membership to allow for the membership sale and processing. If you show up less than 20 mintues before your tee time we will not be able to process your membership and you will have to pay to play as a non-member for that round.  Any greens fees paid will not be deducted from your membership cost.

Student Rates

 

Valid credit cards must be provided when booking tee times for Saturday or Sunday. Reservers will only be charged in the event of a no-show. The no-show fee is $25 per player.

Players may change or cancel a reservation 24-hours in advance without penalty; the no-show rate will be applied if changes are made within the 24-hour window.

Tee times are available to the public and may be reserved via phone or online.

  • Players may reserve for groups of 2, 3, or 4.
  • Times may be reserved 6 days in advance.
  • Members may reserve tee times 2 weeks in advance.
  • For larger groups, call the Golf Shop at (301) 314-GOLF (4653).
  • Cart Fee is required Friday – Sunday and Holidays prior to 12 PM (During In-Season Rates)
  • No 9 hole golf rate available on weekends or holidays
  • No more than 4 players in a group.
  • We are still cashless at this time
  • Carts must be returned to the clubhouse by sunset
  • We are no longer allowing spectators on the golf course

The Student Rates apply to University of Maryland College Park students only. **Students must have their valid University of Maryland Student ID present to receive discounted rate. No exceptions.**
Players 17 years of age or younger qualify for the Junior Rate.

Important Check-In Notes

  • Please plan to arrive and check-in 20 minutes before your starting time.
  • Expected pace of play is 4 hours and 10 minutes.
  • Players are required to obey all posted cart rules.
  • All players must register in the golf shop prior to teeing off.
  • Appropriate golf attire is required. This includes pants or bermuda length shorts, collared shirts, and appropriate footwear (Metal spikes, flips flops, and other open-toed shoes are prohibited).
  • Please keep your receipt in your possession at all times while on the course.
  • Rain checks will only be given when raining and with a receipt present; no rain checks will be given after making the turn.
  • Each player must have at least 5 golf clubs and a bag.  Rental sets can be purchased in the golf shop.
  • Singles and two-somes are subject to pairing at any time.
  • Outside food and alcohol are not permitted on the golf course.
